Having your Barcelona city tour, don't forget to visit Parc del Laberint d'Horta (Labyrinth Park of Horta).
Labyrinth Park of Horta is the oldest botanical garden of Barcelona, opened in the 18th century. It has not only a vast number of plants, but fountains, a waterfall and its famous labyrinth. In summer several classical music concerts take place there.
Labyrinth is the honor of the park. 750 meters of thick walls and elegant arcs made of cypress leaves among which one of famous "Perfume: The Story of a Murderer" film scenes took place. There is a statue of Eros, god of love, in the middle of the labyrinth. It is said, if you want to get from the labyrinth very quickly, you should always turn right. But we advise you to take the map, just in case.
You can never see lots of people in the Park of Horta because the number of visitors is limited. Not more than 750 people can visit the park at the same time. Parc del Laberint d'Horta is in 5-minute walk from Mundet underground station.
